The Terms and Conditions of the US Airways Double EQM Promo

Some people have been (understandably) worried about the US Airways Double EQM Promo because its terms were a little vague.  But US Airways has clarified them, and the post we made yesterday on hitting status easily accurately reflects the Terms and Conditions of the offer.

Just some points on that:

1. Gary from View from the Wing points out that US Airways changed the terms and conditions to make them more clear (but points out they are still confusing).

2. Mommy Points gets clarification that the double EQMs are also double redeemable miles and all people on the ticket qualify.

3.  Reader Phil R. found out that this promo does NOT count towards a Preferred Trial on US Airways, just “regular” elite status.

Hope this helps ease some concerns!
