$30 Uber Credit for New Users
When I logged into my Uber account to adjust my settings I noticed a new promo — anyone signing up with my link gets $30 in Uber credit (and I do too!) which is a huge jump for the $10 Uber promo code being offered the last few months.
I was slow to jump on the Uber bandwagon, but once I did I quickly discovered how much easier (and no more expensive) life can be. UberX is actually cheaper by a few dollars than a taxi from my apartment to the airport. I became their biggest fan was at 4:30AM one morning when I waited 35 minutes for a taxi to show up for my 5:40 flight. Frantic I pulled up my Uber app and a car was pulling in within 5 minutes of booking.
Since then I’ve been able to cut it closer and closer to departure time, secure when the car will arrive. 🙂
