Big Starwood Sale: Maldives, Hawaii & 500 Other Locations
I completely lost track of this in my excitement of flying in the First Apartment on Etihad’s new A380 flight out of JFK yesterday, but Starwood’s big holiday sale has launched and hundreds, over 500 locations, are eligible.
You can book now through December 6 for stays through September 6, 2016 with discounts of 20% and up. And if you’re making last minute Thanksgiving plans, many of the international locations have great rates!
SPG members get an extra 10% off, but be aware all bookings are prepaid and nonrefundable.
- If you have European travel coming up next year this is a good chance to get some of the luxury locations on sale. The Le Meridien in Barcelona right on Las Ramblas (review to come) is 28% off. The Westin Excelsior Florence is 22% off.
- The Sheraton and W Maldives are 35% off, with regular rooms on sale starting at $287 and overwater bungalows at $570 a night. Multiple Koh Samui, Thailand locations offer at least a 30% discount.
- The Westin in Maui is 51% off with rooms starting at $300+
- The Westin Lake Las Vegas is going for as little as $65 a night (50% discount)
With over 263 properties in North America on sale starting at 20% it’s definitely worth checking out.
