Last Bottle, one of my favorite sites for online wine deals, has just increased their sign up bonus! I’m not sure how long it will last, but new customers can now get $10 towards their first purchase (previously $5) when you sign up via this link.

This is not one of those spammy sites that offer frequent flyer miles for repeat purchases of truly mediocre at best wines. This is my go-to site for discovering new outstanding yet affordable wines.

Last Bottle has a similar approach as my other favorite wine deal site, WTSO. They only sell one (highly ranked) wine at a time at a significant discount off the retail price. Once that wine sells out, another wine is offered. If you’re lucky enough to purchase the actual last bottle, you get $50 in credits. They offer free shipping with a minimum purchase which is typically 3-6 bottles. Otherwise it’s $10.

Last Bottle’s selection includes sparkling, whites and reds from around the world, though most are from the West Coast and Europe. Even more appealing is they tend to be from smaller wineries which will be harder to find in any local wine shops.

I’ve been particularly impressed by the $10-$12 wine selection. Although they rarely repeat offerings, if you see the Jelly Jar Old Vine Zinfandel, Gr-174 Priorat, or the Sicilian Scarpetta Squadra, jump on them! I’ve been ordering so much lately my FedEx driver and I are on a first name basis.

They have excellent customer service which reduces reluctance to buy wines without tasting and the sign up bonus definitely helps 🙂
