If you wanted to take Flight 666 to HEL on the “unluckiest day of the year”, you’re out of luck. The infamous Finnair flight made its last Friday 13th departure earlier today.

The airline is renumbering some of their flights and the Copenhagen (CPH) to Helsinki (HEL) route will switch from AY666 to AY954 at then end of the month.

The flight has flown on Friday the 13th 21 times since 2006, including January of this year, and made it safely each time.a screenshot of a flight schedule

If you still want to fly AY666 to HEL regardless of the day, you have until October 29.

And for future reference, flights, out of the UK at least, are often quite a bit cheaper on Friday the 13th.
