Travel Zoo is offering a Groupon-like discount on tickets to the upcoming Washington DC Travel & Adventure Show taking place March 9-10. You can get 2 tickets for $9 vs the retail price of $24.
 
Unfortunately I’m out of town that weekend so I won’t be able to treat Jeanne to a day out, but if you’ll be in town, this is a great opportunity. Busch Gardens will also have some animal ambassadors there, though nothing as exciting as a hippo.
