Tips for Keeping Holiday Travel Hassle Free
If you’ll be hitting the road or runway this weekend, don’t forget to read or skim our travel tips for avoiding problems, or if issues arise, resolving as painlessly as possible.
Some of my favorite advice:
- AAA Membership does not need to be purchased in advance. If you get a flat, call them and sign up over the phone! View more roadtrip tips
- Check your flight status before leaving for the airport and then once you’re there! Don’t wait til you get to the gate to find out you might miss your connection. The sooner you act the better your options. See more airport & flight trips
- If flight delays will basically make your trip pointless, don’t forget about “Trip in Vain” which lets you have a do-over and try again at a later date!
