Move Over Hello Kitty, Now You Can Fly On a Star Wars Plane
ANA just announced several of their planes will be getting a new look – Star Wars themed exteriors. There will be a new R2-D2 787 Dreamliner, a R2-D2 & BB-8 767, and a BB-8 777, and all three will offer all six Star Wars films on the inflight entertainment system.
The Star Wars theme will also present on the paper cups and napkins and headrest covers. What do you bet they run of them the first dozen flights? 🙂
But as impressive as this is, this can’t compete with EVA’s Hello Kitty jet (which you can fly out of Houston)! On EVA, the theme is present even on the flight attendants’ uniforms, the pats of butter, in-flight pillows, menus, even the toilet paper!
And both airlines are in the Star Alliance and bookable with United Mileage Plus miles. 🙂
