Man Sues Airline for Serving Sparkling Wine, 20% Off Jet Blue & More

- This is from a few weeks back, but still interesting. A Canadian man is suing Sunwings Airlines for serving sparkling wine rather than Champagne. The airline apparently advertised a “Champagne toast” and delivered sparkling wine in a plastic cup instead. I wonder if it was better or worse than the Prosecco served in American Airlines domestic first.
