For some reason I hate paying $10 or more for a book, which greatly constrains my Kindle options. Time to indulge! Update: the code does not work on Kindle books.

    1. Ugh. Thank you for pointing that out. When I posted at 3AM they hadn’t added the language on the kindle version pages excluding them and I’d hoped entering in the code under Gift Cards would work when I finally made up my mind which one to get. 🙁
