Greatest Inflight Live Tweeting Ever: Thanksgiving Edition
I just came across the most hilarious set of tweets I’ve ever read. (h/t: Pockets)
Yesterday someone started live tweeting the complaints of someone on his flight who was upset that she was being delayed enroute to spend the Thanksgiving holidays with her family.
The complaints continue, and during the flight he takes it a few steps further, dropping off drinks and exchanging notes, eventually ending up with one of the parties being invited to call the authorities. The whole thing be tweeted in real time of course.
It is definitely an entertaining read. (Note some of the notes aren’t PG).
I’m not one who laughs out loud at much, but this definitely had me chuckling.

I thought the guy who was egging the woman on was a bigger idiot than the woman. The guy was a bully and was doing it for his audience (Twitter followers).
Shame on you for thinking this was funny – and further shame on you for posting about it as if it was something to laugh about. It was pathetic all around.
The guy lost me after the di** reference – totally uncalled for and makes him look like di**. It was funny until then…so many self important people in this world.
I think there was definitely a way he could have maintained the higher ground. But I also wonder how much was comedy and how much was actually real!
I completely agree with you. The first part was quite funny but he definitely overstepped after the first note or two and unnecessarily provoked.
Reading this again I have to agree with @Paul – both sides of the same coin IMO. one self absorbed idiot meets another – classless it turns out – idiot.
