Are Refunds After Fare Drop Back at United?
You definitely do learn something new every day! A friend recently posted on Facebook:
I thought it was a $200 fee as well and can’t find anything on the United website. A thread on Flyertalk indicates that not only were the higher fees in effect as of last October, but that fees had risen to $300 per ticket on international flights!
Was this lower fee at the discretion of the agent or has United has actually changed their fees? Has anyone else experienced this?
