Yet Another Thing Not to Take In Your Carry On

An entire terminal at Ontario Airport in California was evacuated and 11 flights delayed when a passenger attempted to take a grenade gag gift through security.
I guess that’s better than the person who tried to take a disarmed artillery shell on the Chunnel last year.
Quick Tip: If you are going to take something harmless that might appear dangerous, take it out of your luggage and put it in its own bin. Consider even showing it to a TSA person before putting it on the Xray. No guarantees it won’t get confiscated but you might avoid an evacuation.
