TopCashback’s Refer-a-Friend Bonus Leaps to $29
TopCashback is temporarily increasing their refer-a-friend bonus to $29 per person through March 3. If you’ve been meaning to tell your friends about the joys of cashback shopping portals, now might be a good time. And if you haven’t tried TopCashback yourself yet, this is a good week to sign up.
Usually the referral bonus is $10 and was recently at $20, $29 is the most I’ve seen. Note: you only earn the bonus once your friend(s) have earned $10 in cashback.
Be aware, some readers have mentioned issues getting credit for purchases when the retailers don’t report the sale. I tend to only use TopCashback for major purchases — $2 for flights purchased on AA.com, Orbitz, Overstock.com, etc — and haven’t had a problem so far.
And whether you decide to go with TopCashback or some other site, make sure you’re earning some kind of bonus for your online purchases! 🙂
