Auction Watch: One Night at All Inclusive Maldives Resort for $6
Right now the bid on Luxury Travel Diary’s auction for a one night stay at the Diamonds Thudufushi Resort in the Maldives is ~$6. The auction ends April 30, long enough the price will probably go up, but at a value of ~USD$1,154, worth setting a reminder to watch as it could still wind up being a bargain.
You will be staying on an All Inclusive basis which includes all your wine, beer, cocktails, aperitif, soft drinks, coffee, tea and mineral water purchases as well as complimentary use of snorkelling equipment. Your Beach Bungalow with a veranda and private terrace will face the unspoilt waters of the Indian Ocean and offers direct access to the beach.
I always try to keep an eye on Luxury Travel Diary’s auctions as some are fantastic values and most introduce me to properties or products I’ve never heard of. Like the TUO Travel Undergarment Organiser. Yep, that’s a thing.
Of more immediate interest though are the two auctions ending on Friday. A 2 night apartment stay in Croatia for ~$22 and 3 nights at the George House Heritage B&B in Dildo, New Foundland and Labrador for $37.
But what I’m really excited about is a special offer for Heels First Travel readers! If you win any Luxury Travel Diary auction in April with a bid over £100, they’ll take £25 off.
Redeeming is easy: simply auctions@luxurytraveldiary.com when you win an auction with the code HeelsFirstApril. Only valid for auctions that sell for over £100 and that end before midnight on 30th April 2016.
Clickbait much? How about putting the word “auction” in the actual tweet?
Sometimes I wish you could selectively follow certain BA authors on Twitter so we don’t have to waste time with this garbage.
I have never once commented on a post or tweet related to clickbait, as I mostly don’t mind it, but this one demands it. You really should have more respect for your readers and pride for your blog.
I’ve had nothing but problems with my auction win at Luxury Travel Diary.
Not answering calls, avoiding questions…and near impossible to actual redeem the auction win despite what the T+C’s said.
I would have contested the charge on my credit card but they make you pay by Paypal and I’d need to contest with Paypal. And everyone knows how that goes.
