“Avis is giving away 1000 Miles to Miles&Smiles members”
The email I received from Turkish Airlines’ Miles & Smiles programs made it sound like they were partnering with Avis to give away miles. Subject line: “Avis is giving away 1000 Miles to Miles&Smil
But then the enclosed email graphic made it sound like it was a contest to win discounts and 1,000 miles.
Clicking through, it appears it’s neither. By “giving away 1,000 miles” they mean you can get double miles (normally 500) on Avis rentals of 3 days or more now through December 31 using specific AWD codes. And you don’t have to “win” the 30% discount. Everyone qualifies. 🙂
