Let the Summer Vacation Wardrobe Shopping Begin!
I unexpectedly got a head start on building my summer vacation wardrobe this weekend. while I was out running errands. Ross had this fantastic Nine West dress for $40.
A great dress for site-seeing during the day and dining out in the evening (preferably outdoors). It’s difficult to tell from the picture, but the fabric has a rich texture and slight sheen that makes it dressier than a typical sundress. The shape is flattering to a variety of body types, and the slight puff to the skirt is kind to a full stomach.
What really sold me though were the pockets and the fact it’s washable. The only downside to this dress is the tendency to wrinkle. After spending 3 days in the bag (I forgot to hang it up) it was a little wrinkled, nothing that being hung up for a few days didn’t fix. But if I cram it in my carry-on for a weekend trip, I’ll probably need to do a little touch up with an iron or hang next to the shower.
Something well worth having a dress that can cover most summer occasions though — weather it’s a walk on the beach or a casual outdoor wedding.
If your local Ross doesn’t have it, ideeli currently has it until March 28 (tomorrow) in Rose, White, or Aqua for $60. 6PM is selling it in Blue or Yellow for $58.
If you find a better deal on it elsewhere, please let me know in the comments!
