TSA Gets a Yelp Page?

Yelp just partnered up with the TSA and other government agencies to create individual Yelp pages, allowing “customers” the chance to review their experience.

As this CNN article mentions, the theory is that it will provide a forum for officials to engage with users and get feedback, but in practice it most likely will just be a place for folks to vent.

Since we don’t have a choice of which TSA to use, it doesn’t seem likely that 1* ratings are going to help inform other passengers or even lead to major improvements. Maybe I’m just too cynical?
