Three Easy Ways to Earn Miles, Points & Gift Cards

You don’t have to fly, sleep, or carry a wallet full of plastic to increase your miles & points and earn gift cards on a daily basis. Have free time and a little patience? Here are three sites that can really pay off!

  • E-Rewards— Offers e-Rewards cash for filling out business surveys. Rewards typically range from $.25-$15 a survey and are sent based on your profile, so be sure you fill it out thoroughly and broadly. What does this earn you? $25 e-rewards cash can get you 250-1,000 airline or hotel points. $100 e-rewards cash can get you 7,000 Hilton HHonors points. The only trick is you have to be invited by one of the many sponsors, so keep an eye on your inbox and jump on it!

  • MyPoints — Sends frequent emails offering points for clicking on links, making purchases, and taking surveys. I actually got annoyed with the quantity of emails after awhile and stopped, but that was before they increased the rewards they offered. You can now snag CVS Pharmacy, Nordstrom, Chili’s, and most importantly Amazon gift cards.  Hyatt and Marriott gift cards are also options, as well as 2,500 and 5,000 United miles. (Sign up using my link and I’ll get 25 points :))
  • e-Miles — Sign up, pick a sponsoring hotel or airline, and visit the e-miles homepage to watch ads at 5 miles a pop. If you take action on many of the ads you’ll get additional points. Delta, Frontier, US Airways, Alaska Airlines, United, Southwest, Airtran, Priority Club, and Hilton are all options.

  1. I might add, be careful with e-Rewards , some of the surveys have boxes that if check ( or don’t depending on how sneaky they are) will get you signed up for an add on phone plan.

    1. Actually all these are a waste of time, e rewards in particular, after i accumulated close enough points to be able to transfer to airline they stopped sending me any emails, pure waste of time. The other 2 take so much of your time to get 5 points here and there

      1. Sorry to hear that! Consider broadening the scope of your profile to include more interests or professional experience to get the last couple of surveys you need to cash out? I’ve earned about $600 in eRewards cash in the last 3 years. Not a ton, but enough to have a Grand Slam hit for transferring points to US Airways and to rack up 35,000 Hilton HHonors points.
