Starwood’s 2014 Member Favorites Announced
Starwood just released the list of their top hotels based on 2014 member reviews and ratings. The fact I’ve only heard of a few of them almost inspires me to do a better job of filling out the surveys and actually write a review on their website. I have a few favorites that didn’t even get an honorable mention!
And the Ultimate Top 10 were:
1. The Canyon Suites at The Phoenician®, Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale, Ariz., U.S.
2. Grosvenor House, Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
3. Westin Excelsior, Florence, Italy
4. Sheraton Qiandao Lake Resort, China
5. W Doha Hotel & Residences, Qatar
6. St. Regis Florence, Italy
7. Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
8. Santa Marina, Luxury Collection Resort, Mykonos, Greece
9. Gritti Palace, Luxury Collection Hotel, Venice, Italy
10. St. Regis Punta Mita Resort, Mexico
In some of the other categories which include Best Family Adventures, Best City Experiences, and Best Small Luxuries, Spain, Indonesia, and Dubai also made a good showing.
