What’s in the April Birchbox

a box with flowers on it

I skipped the Mad Men option for April’s box and instead went for a “mystery box.” Always iffy, but I was pleased. Or maybe I was (strangely) captivated by the box design.

There was the POP Beauty Peach Parfait Eyeshadow Trio ($26) that I had picked from my options.

Then the Beaver Professional Hydro Nutritive Moisturizing Shampoo ($15 for full size) and Repairing Conditioner ($15 for full size). While I enjoy these kinds of samples, I prefer to get one or the other, freeing up one of my 5 options for a different product.

I was excited to see the Harvey Prince Hello Body Butter with shea butter and “best-selling scent” ($20) and the Cynthia Rowley Beauty Creamy Lip Stain which was a promising pink/purple color I *might* be able to wear.

So not an amazing box, but a good one. And the last two boxes which I haven’t blogged about, have been AMAZING.
