Sneak Peak At Most Luxurious Cruise Ship Ever

Did get a glimpse yesterday? USA Today ran an article with sneak peak renderings of what the pool deck of the Seven Seas Explorer will look like. The 750 passenger, all-suite ship is “being billed as the most luxurious ever” and will feature pools inspired by top Southeast Asian resorts.

And April is the month for cruise ship news in general, apparently. CNN just covered the launch of Anthem of the Seas — a cruise ship featuring the latest in high tech, including bionic bartenders, bumper cars, and really fast wifi (although there’s no mention of how much that wifi costs…). My internet access a few years ago was $150 for something like 10 hours.

I’ve only cruised once. I love the idea of a luxury cruise, and would have thoroughly reveled in my time on the Queen Mary 2 if only it weren’t in the water.  Even on the best of ships and popping 10 Dramamine (I’m not kidding) a day, I was sick from every wave that hit the boat.
