Week in Review: TSA Precheck Missing, Beagle Cuteness & Going Nude
Greetings from sunny Thailand! I’m taking a mini vacation/ doing a mileage run. Things got a little crazy on the outbound when I thought I was going to misconnect and have to declare another trip in vain, but I made it!
Here’s a look back at the week:
Style: This week’s nail wraps are Croc n’ Chic by Essie. Turns out the Walmart Beauty Box Spring 2016 was a pretty good deal for only $5.
No word yet on what the Target Beauty Box for April will be. Louboutin just launched a line of nude ballet flats that will supposedly add inches to your legs even without a heel.
Travel Tip: don’t trust sites like Orbitz or Expedia to send the airlines your TSA Pre Check number, log in to the airlines’ site and add it to your profile. Bonus travel tip: If you’re doing an status match, make sure you’re familiar with all the fine print because the airline agents might not be.
Travel Deals: Book through this weekend for decent hotel discounts. If you missed out on the good fares for summer travel to Europe, make sure you’re signed up to get future cheap airfare alerts! Did you get in on Virgin America’s 20% off sale in honor of their new logo? Some say it looks alot like AirBnB, others are saying it’s rather provocative.
Cuteness: If only KLM’s adorable lost and found beagle were real!
Eating: Tried out Green Chef meal delivery. Blue Apron is still my favorite, but Green Chef is a strong second, namely because the produce is really high quality and easily lasts a week. If you’re interested, sign up with my link above and get 4 free meals.
Should you consider spending two days on a plane for two days in Bangkok? 5 hours of massage for under $50 and some of the best restaurants in the world suggest yes. 🙂 Trip report coming!
